Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the processing cost of a rotary polyhedron mirror. SOLUTION: The blank B1 of a rotary polyhedron mirror is held between the first and the second holding members 12 and 13, and reflecting surfaces M1 to M6 are cut by a diamond bite 15a in order. The first holding member 12 is abutted to the standard surface F1 of the blank B1, and the second holding member 13 presses a pair of O-rings 13c to the rear surface F2 of the blank B1 by a rod 11a moving to the left side in the figure by a cylinder 11. Even though there is an unevennes or the like on the rear surface F2 , it is absorbed by the elastic deformation of the O-rings 13c, and no influence is given to the surface forming accuracy of the reflecting surface M1 to M6 after the processing, so as to accomplish a high accuracy process. |
