Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out positioning and other processings of a member to be processed correctly and efficiently by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a transfer device 16 which transfers a member 14 to be processed to which a prescribed processing is given, a regulating means to position the member 14 to be processed which was transferred to a fixed position, and a processing means 10 to process the member 14 to be processed which was positioned to a fixed position. The regulation means is provided with a stopper 20 which is positioned in contact with the member 14 to be processed, a stopper driving division 24 which moves the stopper 20 to a transfer direction of the member 14 to be processed 14, and a control device which controls the stopper driving division 24 to position the stopper 20 to a fixed position. The stopper 20 has a relatively weak position holding force when the member 14 to be processed contacts by the control device and the stopper driving division 24, and after the contact of the member 14 to be processed, it returns to the prescribed position with the member 14 to be processed and positions with a relatively strong force.
