Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly delivery a wheel to a carry-out rail without assistance so as to improve the mechanical operation rate by moving a mover or a push member between the retreat position where the push member does not interfere with a wheel and the operating position where it can come into contact therewith, and driving a driving means after the worked wheel is placed in a transport guide part. SOLUTION: After the end of working a wheel W, a transport guide member 2 is reverse-acted to place the wheel substantially horizontally on a bed 1. Since a slider 30 is positioned in a designated position of the other end of a sliding part 6 by a stopper 10, engagement clicks 35, 36 and the slider 30 smoothly engage with each other to enable movement of the slider 30. The wheel W is lowered onto a transport rail 2a by a lifter device and placed. Subsequently, a cylinder 12 is driven to degenerate a piston rod 12a, thereby making the stopper 10 freely turn to the other side, and a cylinder 16 of a first kick-out means 15 is driven to elongate a piston rod 16a, whereby the tread of the wheel W is pressed by a kick-out plate 18 to discharge the wheel from a first position A.
