MEDICINE COMBINATION CONTAINING PYRIDINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medicine which is effective for eliminating Helicobacter pylori, treatment of ulcers and prevention of recurrence of ulcers. SOLUTION: A pyridine of the formula (R is H, a halogen, an alkyl; R and R are H, a halogen, an alkyl; -P=Q- is -CH=CH-, -N=CH-, -CH=N-; A is O, S, N(R ); R is H, an alkyl; (n) is 0, 1, 2; B is S(O)p ; (p) is 0, 1, 2; D is a single bond, an alkylene, (L-O)q ; L is ethylene, vinylene; (q) is 1-1,000; E is H, an alkyl) or its salt is combined with an antiulcer agent to prepare the objective medicine. As an antiulcer agent, are cited a proton pump inhibitor, a histamine H2 antagonist or protection factor enhancer and the like. The daily dose is 0.1-50mg/kg of the compound of the formula and 0.01-10mg/kg of the antiulcer agent in the case of a proton pump inhibitor, 0.1-100mg/kg in the case of a histamine H2 antagonist and 1.0-100mg/kg in a protection factor enhancer.
