SOLUTION: In the case that a setting value of a mobile detection changeover section 11 indicates it that the incoming call processing is to be made, and a mobile detection section 12 detects a moving state when an incoming call arrives in a radio telephone set, a controller 16 inhibits a ringer output, informs a message of a message generating section 13 to a caller after a radio channel has been connected, interrupts the radio channel after the notice, and uses an incoming call reply notice section 15, so that the incoming call processing is made to the user after the interrupt of the radio channel.
