Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution line carrier circuit which can perform the transmission/reception of stable data signals by evading the peak point of the AC voltage despite the variation of the AC voltage cycle of a distribution line. SOLUTION: A 90 deg. phase shifter 6 which detects the phase of AC voltage of a distribution line 1 with a 90 deg. shift is placed at the preceding stage of a zero crossing detection circuit 2. The zero crossing signal detected by the circuit 2 is inputted to a transmission information processing part 3. The part 3 performs the transmission/reception of data signals to the line 1 based on the zero crossing signal.
