BAR ANTENNA FOR PORTABLE TRANSMITTER-RECEIVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify constitution, to reduce the number of parts, to attain miniaturization and light weight, and to manufacture at low costs by providing an antenna element constituted of a bar constituted of insulating members and a conductive film formed on the outer peripheral face of this bar. SOLUTION: A bar antenna 10 is electrically connected with a power feeding part 32 provided at a case 31 by an electrostatic connecting means 33. In an antenna element 11 of the bar antenna 10, for example, a conductive film 13 constituted of a first conductive film 13a and a second conductive film 13b is formed on the outer peripheral face of a bar 12 constituted of insulating members such as synthetic resin across set length along the longitudinal direction of the bar 12. The outer peripheral face of the antenna element 11 formed in this way is covered with an armoring tube 15, the base end part is covered with a base end cap 16a constituted of insulating materials, and also the top end site is covered with a top end cap 16b constituted of insulating materials so that the bar antenna 10 can be constituted.
