In a second case part 27, a second case screw hole 54 is formed in a position corresponding to a pair of first screw holes 41 formed in a main body 5. The first screw holes 41 have a first screw insertion hole 45 formed in a first cover member 1 and a second screw insertion hole 47 formed in a second cover member 3. Peripheral rims 1b and 3b of the first and second screw insertion holes 45 and 47 are coupled with each other, respectively with water- tightness.
