SOLUTION: A first cover member 1 of a main body has a first through hole 15 leading a power cord 9 to the inside and has a sheet material 17 bonded to the first cover member 1 so as to cover the first through hole 15, the sheet material 17 is bonded to the first cover member 1 at a peripheral rim 17 thereof and has a second through hole 19 for introducing the power cover 9 to the first through hole 15, and the first and second through holes 15 and 19 are closed with water-tightness between the first cover member 1 and the sheet material 17, and a sealing member 21 fixing the power cord 9 is sealed.
