SOLUTION: A coil 31 with both of its ends connected is provided between an input-output line 26 and a ground line 27. When a card is inserted into a reader/writer 34, current flows into the coil 31 by data a that is supplied from the reader/writer, this is electromagnetically guided by a coil 43, detected b, furthermore, undergone waveform shaping c, and after that, converted into parallel data 48, a comparing means 49 compares this with IC card supply data and when they coincide, the IC card is decided as correct.
