PLANT MONITORING AND CONTROLLING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor and control a plant in various places like his/her own house by utilizing the internet for the transmission and reception of a monitoring and controlling terminal and a plant monitoring and controlling WWW server. SOLUTION: In the plant monitoring and controlling WWW server 5, data from a plant monitoring and controlling system 1 are received in real time and mounted on the internet 8 and a control instruction from the monitoring and controlling terminal 7 is received through the internet 8 in real time and transmitted to the plant monitoring and controlling system 1. Also, in an autonomous type data transmission/reception part 15 incorporated in the monitoring and controlling terminal 7, the data from the plant monitoring and controlling system 1 are received through the internet 8 in real time and the control instruction from the monitoring and controlling terminal 7 is mounted on the internet 8. Thus, the plant is monitored and controlled anywhere as long as an environment capable of connecting the internet 8 is provided.
