Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to enhance operating efficiency by a method wherein a nozzle plate is turned, a nozzle hole is made to agree with a communication hole between both flanges, a vapor is spouted from the nozzle hole, a vapor pressure before the vapor is throttled is detected and a vapor temperature is detected after the vapor is expanded. SOLUTION: Circular recessed parts 10, 20 are formed respectively in central parts on opposite faces of flanges 2, 4, a hole 9 is made in a point at a prescribed distance from the recessed part 10, an entrance hole (e) is formed in the face 4 so as to face the hole 9, and a communication hole 8 is made on' the opposite side. A nozzle plate 3 is installed between the flanges 2, 4, protrusions 21 are formed in central parts on both faces, and a plurality of nozzle holes are made in points at prescribed distances from the protrusions 21. A vapor introduction pipe 1 is connected, the nozzle plate 3 is turned by a worm gear 6 and a driving motor 16, any nozzle hole is made to agree with the hole 9 and the entrance hole (e), and the flanges 2, 4 are tightened by nuts. A vapor is spouted from the nozzle holes so as to be expanded. A vapor pressure is measured by a pressure gage before the vapor is throttled, a vapor temperature is measured by a thermometer after the vapor is expanded, and the moisture portion of the vapor as an object to be measured is found.
