Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a uniform heating location in a heating pipe and further enable a bath combustion amount to be set high by a method wherein a burner is installed in such a way that temperature of a heating pipe for hot water supply may become uniform when the heating pipe for hot water supply and the heating pipe for a bath are heated by a common burner. SOLUTION: When bathtub water reheating operation is instructed by a remote controller, a pump P is operated. When a water flow switch 28 is turned on continuously for a predetermined period of time, a bath combustion amount is calculated in reference to a predetermined sensing temperature of a bath temperature sensor 29 and a combustion amount, a main solenoid valve 12 and a changing-over valve 16 are opened and then the combustion amount is controlled by a proportional valve 14. In this case, the detected temperature of the heat exchanger temperature sensor 25 is calculated such that its valve does not become a high temperature (a boiling temperature). Accordingly, a first burner 15 and a second burner 17 are alternately arranged and then a uniform heating is carried out to enable the bath combustion amount to be set higher than that of the prior art.
