METHOD AND DEVICE FOR PLACING AND FILLING SUPERPLASTICIZED CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a placing and filling method and a device thereof, by which the force-feed and recovery of cement paste, the placing and filling of superplasticized concrete and the washing of a pipeline are executed surely. SOLUTION: An infilling pipe 1 is installed to forms 11, an on-off valve 12 is mounted to the fill opening 1a of the infilling pipe 1, a feed pipe 2 feeding superplasticized concrete and a drain pipe 3 are opened at opposed places and connected to the infilling pipe 1, a piston 4 for opening and closing a feed-pipe port 2a and a drain-pipe port 3a is set up slidably into the infilling pipe 1, and a recovery chamber 7 is fitted to the drain pipe 3. Cement paste is forced- fed to the drain pipe 3 through a connecting hole 5 from the feed pipe 2 at the forward place of the piston 4 and recovered in the recovery chamber, the inside of the forms 11 is filled with superplasticized concrete force-fed from the feed pipe 2 at the place of the retreat of the piston from the fill opening 1a, wash water and a washing ball are force-fed to the drain pipe 3 through the connecting hole 5 from the feed pipe 2 at the forward place of the piston 4 and the internal surface of a piping is washed, and the washing ball is recovered in the recovery chamber.
