Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve microwave heating characteristic, scratch up scratch loosen asphalt and discharge it rearward with low load, reuse aggregates and the like in the removed asphalt without damaging them, effectively use electric motor exhaust heat, and facilely scrape or scratch loosen the asphalt surface. SOLUTION: This asphalt road surface cutting device is to tear off deteriorated asphalt on a paved road 1 by combinedly using a microwave radiating means 10 for heating the asphalt interior by microwave 13 and a cutting and removing means 15 for cutting and removing heated asphalt. In such case, a water sprinkling means 8 for sprinkling water mixed with a surface activator, a first scraping means 7 for digging or scraping loose only the asphalt surface before sprinkling water mixed with an activator on it, and a second scraping means 14 for digging or scraping loose the asphalt after radiating microwave on it but before cutting and removing it by a cutting and removing means 15 are provided.
