The formulating amount of at least one extract of the extracts of the Santalum album and Taxus cuspidata formulated as the extract is 0.01-1.0wt.%, and the formulating amount of at least one powder of the Santalum album and Taxus cuspidata formulated as the powder is 0.1-70wt.%.
