Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a storing efficiency without the supplemental storage in by storing again a bucket stored an article into a shelf at the finish time of a loading together work and further unifying the storage data of the bucket loaded together on a storage file. SOLUTION: The loading together is carried out at stations 14, 16 and when it is finished, the bucket of a loading together source becomes vacant as a rule. Then, the vacant bucket is returned back to a bucket yard and the bucket of the loading together destination is stored again in the shelf of the automated storage through conveyers 20, 12, 8. The storage data of two buckets of the loading together source and destination are unified and the storage position in the storage file 32 is returned to the shelf. As two buckets store the parts with sane part number as a rule, the amendment items of data are the addition of a storage number and weight and the amendment of a storage in time. In the storage data of article with same part number, a loading together process unit compares the storage in time of the loading together source with that of the loading together destination and the storage in timing of an older one is succeeded. |
