Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sheet, which is excellent in a thermal dimensional strength in addition to its lightweight, heat insulation, forming work and recycling properties, by a method wherein a non-foamed layer made of a modified polyphenylene ether-based resin is laminated onto one side of a modified polyphenylene ether-based resin foamed layer, onto the other side of which a non-foamed layer made of a polyethylene resin is laminated. SOLUTION: This foamed laminated sheet for an automotive interior trim material is produced by laminating a non-foamed layer P made of a modified polyphenylene ether (henceforth expressed as PPE)-based resin II onto one side of a modified PPE- based resin I foamed layer, onto the other side of which a non-foamed layer S made of a polystyrene-based resin III is laminated. The PPE-based resin content of the modified PPE-based resin I is set to be 10-70wt.%. The foamed layer of the modified PPE-based resin I is obtained by adding a foaming agent to the modified PPE-based resin I and then extrusion-foamed the agent so as to have the thickness of the foamed layer of 1-5mm, its expansion ratio of 300-2,000%, its cell diameter of 0.05-0.9mm and its closed cell ratio of 70% or more. The extrusion foamed sheet forming for manufacturing the foamed layer of the modified PPE-based resin I and the extrusion of the non-foamed layer are executed in-line for lamination.
