PRESS PUNCHING SCRAP DISCHARGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a press punching scrap discharging device being an in- expensive compressed air generator capable of easily generating and controlling the compressed air and reducing the power expenditure to operate the machinery. SOLUTION: This device has a pressing part composed of a punching punch 1 to punch a material 8 to be punched and a punching die 2, by utilizing its driving force and the restoring force of a spring 16 and driving a piston 15 provided with an air inflow opening 18, an air inflow and outflow opening 19a and an air outflow opening 19 inside a cylinder 14 provided with an air inflow opening 17 and an air outflow opening 20, a compressed air is self- generated, the compressed air is spouted from an air spouting hole 13 whose top end is opened on a scum discharging hole 11 arranged inside a die holder 7 of the lower part of the pressing part to prevent punching scrap 9 from rising or clogging.
