Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering vessel with which biological filtering can be executed on aerobic conditions while maintaining a desired aerobic environment, circulating and filtering device equipped with such a filtering vessel, and circulating and filtering method. SOLUTION: A filtering vessel 11 has a water supply mechanism for leading water to be treated from the lower part of filtering vessel 11 into the vessel, air sucking mechanism for leading air bubble containing oxygen from the lower part of filtering vessel 11 into the vessel, drain mechanism for draining water to be treated led into the vessel from the upper part of filtering vessel 11, and exhaust mechanism for exhausting air bubbles lead into the vessel from the upper part of filtering tub 11 separately from the water to be treated, and a filter F to flow while being floated in the led-in water to be treated is distributedly arranged inside the vessel so that biological filtering can be maintained on the aerobic conditions.
