Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To use a transistor whose collector loss is small and to prevent a transistor inside a drive circuit from being broken down owing to an overcurrent even when an abnormality is generated in a DC motor. SOLUTION: A drive circuit is constituted of intermediate-potential-stabilized transistors 4, 5 which are used to drive DC motors 1, 2 in series. In this case, resistances 3, 6 for transistor protection are connected respectively in series with collectors of the respective intermediate-potential-stabilized transistors 4, 5 so as to prevent the intermediate-potential-stabilized transistors from being broken down because of an overcurrent, even when a current from the DC motor on one side becomes zero in an abnormality. |
