LINE MANAGING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit a communication cost required for line connection. SOLUTION: When a line control means 28 receives a line connection request, a comparing means 27 compares the usage permission expenditure of flash ROM 22 with the communication charge cumulative amount of RAM 25. When the communication charge cumulative amount is more than usage permission expenditure, the line control means 27 does not execute a calling processing for line connection. When the line is connected, the comparing means 27 compares a communication possible time which is obtained by a possible time calculating means 26 based on the usage permission expenditure of flash ROM 22 and the communication time cumulative amount of RAM 25 with a communication time which is measured by a timer 23. When the communication time is more than the communication possible time, the line control means 28 interrupts the line.
