CALLING SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calling system capable of preventing transmission delay of voice from being cumulated even at the time of voice connection through the use of a packet communication network. SOLUTION: The call system includes a call originating station 2 where voice information transmitted from a caller side telephone set 1 is made into a packet so as to be successively transmitted to a callee side telephone set 8 side with an internet B and a call incoming station 5 where the packet transmitted from the call originating station 2 is received and voice information included in the packet is successively transmitted to the callee side telephone set 8. In this case, a transmission delay time indicating transmission delay from the call incoming station 5 to the callee side telephone set 8 in voice information included in the packet is measured and a part of voice information is erased based on the transmission delay time.
