Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure by which a loss of a magnetic circuit is reduced and whose structure is simple and which has high reliability to vacuum leakage by arranging an anode insulator to integrally insulate an anode and a magnetic field part from each other between a yoke of the magnetic field part and an output joining flange, and arranging an insulating output insulator between output ceramics and the output joining flange. SOLUTION: In this cathode grounding type magnetron, an anode insulator 17 to integrally insulate an anode 8 and a magnetic field part 7 from each other, is arranged between a yoke 6 of the magnetic field part 7 and an output joining flange 12. Therefore, the anode 8 and the magnetic field part 7 are integrally and excellently insulated from each other, and a structure of an oscillating part 10 and the magnetic field part 7 is simple, and becomes a structure having high reliability to vacuum leakage. Next, an insulating output insulator 18 is arranged between output ceramics 13 and the output joining falnge 12. Therefore, a contact plane between an output joining window 11 and the output ceramics 13 is simplified. |
