Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a process for production which is high in yield and is excellent in productivity by using a jig having a groove for accepting a cutting blade for cutting a base body, providing the adhesive surface exclusive of this groove with an adhesive and fixing the base body to the jig. SOLUTION: A row bar 21 is adhered via wax 22 as the adhesive onto the jig 23 having the groove 23a. The inside of the groove 23a is not provided with the wax 22 and a non-coating region 25 is formed. The cutting blade 24 passes successively into the groove 23a of the jig 23 where the wax 22 does not exist, while cutting the base body 21. As a result, grinding water enters the groove 23a of the jig 23 as well and, therefore, the swarf of the base body 21 is expelled at all times and further the adhesion of the wax 22 to a grinding wheel 24 to cause the loading of this wheel does not arise any more. The dilute wax is applied on one surface of dustfree paper having excellent water absorptivity and is then evaporated by heating with a heater and thereafter, the paper is slowly cooled to make the wax uniform in order to prevent the intrusion of the wax 22 into the groove 23a of the jig 23 in such a manner. |
