Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary polygon mirror from being polluted because of outdoor air entering from the bearing part of the rotary polygon mirror into an optical box. SOLUTION: A rotary polygon mirror is integrally rotated with a rotary shaft 3 to scan the lase beam generated from a light source device. When the rotary polygon mirror is rotated, outdoor air enters from the opening of a ball bearing 2 rotatingly supporting the rotary shaft 3 into an optical box 9 and mirror surfaces 1a of the rotary polygon mirror 1 are polluted by dust to be included in the outdoor air. Then, the rotary polygon mirror 1 is prevented from being polluted by allowing a filter 11 to catch dust of the entering outdoor air while attaching the filter 11 at the opening of the ball bearing 2. |
