Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate peeling from a metal plate by devising a heat insulator reinforcing synthetic long fiber nonwoven fabric, reducing cutting of a glass fiber in a heat insulation inorganic fiber mat and suppressing repellence and drop of a resin. SOLUTION: In the heat insulator reinforcing synthetic long fiber nonwoven fabric in a heat insulation inorganic mat obtained by superposing a synthetic long fiber nonwoven fabric and an inorganic fiber mat, punching it from a side of the nonwoven fabric, slipping and integrating the fiber of the nonwoven fabric by and with an inorganic fiber, 0.3-1.5% oil having a frictional coefficient to metal (μd F/M) of 100 to 350 and hydrophilic property is given to a synthetic long fiber for constituting the nonwoven fabric.
