Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate uncomfortable feeling due to smoke generated out of a vessel, put on a table, in the portable table, on which an increase burner, employed for burning increase, an ash tray for smoking or the like is put. SOLUTION: A smoke collecting and purifying device 3 is provided on a putting surface 1a, on which a vessel is put. Smoke is sucked by a fan through a suction port 6 positioned above the putting surface 1a provided on the smoke collecting and purifying device 3. The sucked smoke is purified by a purifying filter. The purified smoke is discharged out of a discharging port 9. According to this method, uncomfortable feelings, soaked condition of smell or the like, due to the smoke generated out of a vessel C, can be eliminated.
