SOLUTION: This sheet is provided, at a annular part 8 of the sheet 1 corresponding between the open hole edge part 7 of a pipe inserting hole 6 and the outer periphery of a pipe 3, with a checking hole 10 which makes an inside filler 9 blocked by the sheet 1 visible from the outside of the sheet 1. The checking hole 10 has such a size as the filler 9 charged from there reveals a little, however, not so much filler leaks out.
