Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a restrainer of itching and/or pain having excellent substance P antagonist activities especially at skin, and further having high safety by including a specific natural material or its extract. SOLUTION: This restrainer of itching and/or pain includes one or more kinds of natural materials selected from among Psoralea corylifolia, Pheum palmatum, silk, Sasa albo-marginata and Morus alba or its extract. The extract of the natural material is preferably a water fraction obtained by extracting the natural material with water and/or water-soluble organic solvent and fractionating the extract with water and acetic acid. For example, the daily dose is 10-5,000mg in terms of the dried weight of the extract of the natural material and administered by dividing into one to four times.
