ELEVATOR DOOR REVERSAL MONITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide detailed information on all the floors by providing door reversal state machinery for supplying door reversal data, and an output module for catching door reversal data and determining the condition of an elevator door system. SOLUTION: Door reversal diagnostic logic is executed to catch, store and analyze door reversal diagnostic data of an elevator door system. Door reversal state machinery is core logic and algorithm that is the reversing action of each door system of the elevator system. In case of an elevator door being in action of a nonaction condition or a failure condition, this is detected by transmission to the outside of a normal sequence. An output module catches and stores the number of reversal for each door system, the number of repeated reversal of a door system for a door cycle and whether or not the door system could not close. An output processing module analyzes this data and identifies the failure of a car door and an elevator hoistway door system.
