Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a laminate film which is excellent in barrier properties, chemical resistance, sealing properties, and molding properties by a method wherein a polyethylene film, an aluminum foil, and a polyester film are successively laminated with an adhesive. SOLUTION: A non-oriented polyethylene film, an aluminum foil, and an oriented polyester film are laminated to be bonded in this order, and a heat sealing film is manufactured. The non-oriented polyethylene film is required for obtaining good sealing properties when an enclosed container for cell is molded by thermally molding the laminate film, and the aluminum foil is necessary for barrier properties and chemical resistance to an electrolyte for cell. Further, the oriented polyester film is required for obtaining excellent moldability when the laminate film is thermally molded to the enclosed container for cell of an arbitorary shape. Then, those three components are laminated for heat sealing properties and thermal molding. |
