Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely produce a panel free from defective appearance due to residual bubbles by brushing an uneven rising surface of a form and deaerating bubbles entrained in the surface. SOLUTION: A part of a rising surface 11 is brushed with a brush 3. In this way, since bubbles left in the uneven pattern part of the surface 11 are scraped off, the bubbles 20 left on the surface 11 is to be deaerated. On this occasion, the brush 3 to be used is an electrically driven article in which a bristle-planted rod body 32 is formed to protrude from an apparatus main body 31, and the rod body 32 oscillates. With the bristle 33 part of the rod body 32 contacted with the surface 11, by moving the brush 3 in parallel over the entire surface 11 in the longitudinal direction of a form 1, brushing is done.
