QUALITY CONTROL METHOD FOR DIE CASTING PRODUCT AND DEVICE FOR CONTROLLING DIE CASTING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether casting condition data match to the conditions capable of casting a good product or not, in real time by providing a constitution capable of comparing the measured data in the real time during driving a die casting machine and the good product data in each die. SOLUTION: At the time of casting the product, the measured data are transmitted together with the casting condition data at the time of casting to a measuring part 12 as measured data and casting data signal S2 and read in. The measured data and the casting condition data are transmitted to an inner memory 13 as measured data and casting data signal S3. In the inner memory 13, the received measured data and casting condition data D1 are stored to a prescribed capacity in order and these measured data combined with the good product data already read in, are transmitted to a displaying part 14 as a comparison data signal S4 to display the comparison display between the measured data and the good product data on the displaying part 14. The good product data is corresponded with the casting condition data at 1:1 as the same as the measured data.
