PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To hit a golf ball in both left and right directions by a player even in a case when the player hits the golf ball from a position, near an obstacle or the like, by making a head reversible by 180 degree in a horizontal direction to a shaft. SOLUTION: A golf club comprises a grip 13 at a basic end of a shaft 11, and a head 14 at a point of the shaft 11, and a face 17 to be kept into contact with a golf ball 19 is formed on one side part of the head 15. The head 15 can be reversed by 180 degree in a horizontal direction to the shaft 11. To make the head reversible by 180 degree in the horizontal direction, for example, a vertical cylindrical part 21 is formed on the head 15, a vertical lower end 11a of the shaft 11 is turnably inserted into the vertical cylindrical part 21, and the vertical cylindrical part 21 of the head 15 can be fixed by a fixing means on two prescribed positions at 180 degree angular interval to the vertical lower end part 11a of the shaft 11.
