Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent commutator or the like from adversely affected by heat by preventing the flow of fading current up to the portions not required for wire welding. SOLUTION: A terminal member 20 of a small motor has two linking portions 31, 32, and one linking portion 31 has a continuity with the other linking portion 32. An armature winding 13 crossing from one linking portion 31 to other linking portion 32 and linked, one electrode 41 of an electric resistance welding machine 40 is pushed to one linking portion 31, other electrode 42 is pushed to the other linking portion 32, both linking portions 31, 32 are welded with pressure to the winding, a fading current is applied from one linking portion to other linking portion through both the electrodes 41, 42, the current is also applied to an armature winding 18 between both the linking portions, and the armature winding 18 is electrically connected to the terminal member 20. |
