Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a redundant sensor system by which a defective sensor is independently diagnosed and specified. SOLUTION: A control circuit 2 monitors the voltage attenuating speed outputted by a sensor 4 after reference power supplied to the sensor 4 is separated. The monitored voltage attenuating speed is compared with the natural expected voltage attenuating, speed of the sensor 4, and the faults caused by short circuits and opened circuits are detected. An error counter continues to track the number of times of the faults. When the monitored voltage attenuating speed exceeds a threshold number of times of the faults, which cannot be compared with the expected voltage attenuating speed, the power to the sensor 4 is removed, and the sensor 4 is separated from the system.
