Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately control the turn-pressing position, and also to accurately measure the height of the bottom end surface. SOLUTION: An underwater riprap leveling device is provided with a moving GPS antenna on the hull 2 of a crane vessel 1. A light-wave measuring device 51 for measuring the height of a weight 14 is provided to the crane vessel 1, and the position of the hull 2 is calculated by the fixed GPS of a base station and the moving GPS antenna, and on the basis of the data, a control part calculates both the turning central position 3S of a crane 3 and the position of the light-wave measuring device 51. Thus, the need of measurement from a fixed point can be dispensed with, and also both the positional control of the weight 14 and the height control of the bottom end surface 55 can be controlled without being influenced by the weather conditions or the like.
