Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject film with excellent hot tack and heat sealing strength, etc., by using a combination of straight-chain low density polyethylene with an ethylene-based copolymer as a film-making polymer component without containing polyester-based resin. SOLUTION: This film is produced by forming a composition comprising at least (A) a straight-chain low density polyethylene, (B) an ethylene-based copolymer and (C) an inorganic filler but containing no polyester-based resin into a film and then by orienting the film. The component B is preferably an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-ethyl acrylate copolymer, etc. Preferably, the composition contains 5-100 pts.wt. of the component B and 50-300 pts.wt. of the component C per 100 pts.wt. of the component A. Thus, the above procedure can be expected to produce the objective film with excellent heat sealability, uniform liquid permeability and quality stability and the other objective storage bag made of the film and suitable for storing e.g. an exothermic element.
