WIRE DIRECTION CHANGING DEVICE OF ELECTRICAL DISCHARGE MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid support wire direction changing device with much less failure and with as many conventional technological advantages as possible. SOLUTION: A wire direction changing device to be set in a wire direction route of a wire electrical discharge machine is furnished with a wire inlet, a wire discharge port, practically tubular or tunnel type wire guide channels 34, 44, 80 to connect both ports along the curved direction route and suction nozzles 36, 46, 90 arranged on the wire discharge port to flow a current of a fluid through the wire guide channels and secures change of the wire direction without failure of a wire electrode and automatic wire insertion without failure.
