Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely prevent kneaded material from being stuck in a feeding part due to scattering or the like thereof and to feed powdery raw material smoothly and always surely. SOLUTION: In this feeder, a feeding part 16 almost in the shape of a cylinder is connected to a raw material feeding port 15 of a mixing drum 2 constituting a mixer 1 so that they may be freely communicative with each other, and a raw material feeder 19 is connected to the side of the feeding part 16 so that they may be freely communicative with each other, and also a piston body 17 is freely ascendably and descendably installed in the feeding part 16. And on feeding the raw material, the piston body 17 is ascended to open the raw material feeding port 15, and also on kneading, the piston body 17 is descended to scrape off adhering matter in the feeding part 16 and also close the raw material feeding port 15.
