Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a Hook-and-Loop female material satisfactorily accustomed to a mold by needle-punching a span bond nonwooven cloth by the felting needle of the needle yarn number counting a specific range for forming a loop on one face of the nonwooven fabric and next giving adhesive in the range of specific wt.% with respect to the weight of the nonwooven cloth so as to increasing engaging strength. SOLUTION: The span bond nonwooven cloth of METHUKE (unit weight) 40 to 300g/m as polyester fiber such as polyester terephthalate, polybutylene telephthalate is needle-punched by the felting needle of needle yarn number counting 30 to 42 to form loops on one face of the nonwooven cloth. In addition, the 1 to 25wt.% adhesive of polyacrylic acid ester, synthetic rubber latex, epoxy resin, urethane resin or the mixture of these with respect to the weight of the nonwooven fabric. Thereby engaging strength material satisfactorily accustomed to a mold is improved to stably manufacture a Hook-and Loop fastener female material to improve durability.
