APPARATUS FOR TISSUE CELL PRESSURE SENSITIVITY TEST

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a testing apparatus for tissue cell pressure sensitivity test capable of testing pressure sensitivity of tissue cells in response to impression or variations of lower pressure than the atmospheric pressure. SOLUTION: This testing apparatus for tissue cell pressure sensitivity test comprises a closely sealed culturing chamber 1 that contains a tissue cell sample 10, and a compressed-air supply line 2, atmospheric pressure communication line 11 for leading out air of a predetermined lead-out pressure, vacuum pump 14, and volume-variable bellows, etc., which are all connected to the chamber 1, so that the inside of the culturing chamber 1 can be kept at positive or negative constant pressure, variable pressure in the positive pressure range, variable pressure in the negative pressure range, or variable pressure ranging from positive pressure to negative pressure to enable various pressure sensitivity tests on the tissue cell sample.
