TIME CHART EDITING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the designing efficiency by calling a time chart related to the symbol data out of a library means and showing the time chart on a display means based on the designation of the symbol data which are shown on the display means. SOLUTION: An operator selects the desired symbol data from a symbol data part 8 by operating a keyboard 2 and a mouse 3 and shows the symbol data on a display 4. When the operator wants to refer to the test data (time chart) corresponding to the symbol data, the operator designates the symbol data by means of the keyboard 2 and the mouse 3 to call the time chart corresponding to the symbol data stored in an index part 11a via a time chart editing part 9 and to show the time chart on the display 4. Thus, the time chart on every logical block can be registered in a library in relation to the symbol data and accordingly the time chart of every logical block can be easily called out and displayed when a circuit diagram is generated.
