PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a sheet of paper certainly between a recording sheet fixation belt and a sheet feed guide by moving the sheet feed guide when sheet is to be fed to between the fixation belt and the guide. SOLUTION: A fixation belt 21 is stretched over between a heating roller 23 equipped internally with heat source 26 and a fixing roller 24, and a pressure roller 25 is furnished to give a press from below to the fixing belt 24 through the fixation belt 21, and a sheet feed guide 22 is installed in a position upstream of a nip part formed from the belt 21 and roller 25 and in proximity to under the belt 21. Upstream of the sheet feed guide 22 a solenoid 29 is furnished, and over it a return spring 30 is installed, and when turned in On condition, the solenoid 29 sinks a plunger 29a against the force of the return spring 30 to the undermost position, and the sheet feed guide 22 is rotated clockwise round a fulcrum so that the spacing relative to the belt 21 is retained as specified.
