Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously reduce NOx, CO and unburned components such as dioxins in a waste gas. SOLUTION: Temperature at the furnace outlet is periodically measured by a thermometer 12 which is installed at the furnace outlet, and also the NOx concentration, CO concentration and O2 concentrations in a waste gas are periodically measured by waste gas analyzers 14, 15, 16 which are installed in a flue, respectively. Then, respective measured values of the furnace outlet temperature and the NOx concentration are compared with respective reference values, and a water jetting amount to be jetted toward refuse which is combusted on a fire grade, is adjusted based on the comparison result. Also, respective measured values of the furnace outlet temperature, NOx concentration, CO concentration and O2 concentration are compared with respective reference values, and a secondary combustion air amount which is jetted toward a combustion chamber (1a) is adjusted based on the comparison result.
