Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To positively reduce a noise simply even when a noise generating source moves. SOLUTION: A control part 7 emits a control sound from a speaker 6 to cancel a noise corresponding to an oscillation generated by a printing head 2 which is detected with an oscillation sensor 5. The printing head 3 is equipped with the oscillation sensor 5 and the speaker 6. Therefore, if the printing head 3 which is a noise generating source is transferred following a printing action, this noise reducing device can reduce the noise because of its construction that the relative distance between the printing head 3 and the speaker 6 as a control sound generator is always kept constant and therefore, it is not necessary to change the gain and the phase of the control sound by the control part 7 in response to the transfer of the printing head 3 for the reducing of the noise.
