Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for making a decorative sheet on which a fine uneven pattern of fine grain etc., can be reproduced. SOLUTION: An uneven resin layer 2 is formed on a backing 1 such as MDF by a film method using an unsaturated polyester resin etc. Next, after a fluid resin 3 such as an acrylic-urethane resin incorporated with an additive which gives a pollution resistant property such as silicone and a transparent coloring agent such as an oil-soluble dye being cast on the uneven surface 2a of the resin layer 2, a high rigidity steel squeegee 5 is made to slide on the surface 2a to scrape a resin 3 on the surface 2a to make it uniform, the colored transparent resin layer 3 is formed by curing the resin 3, and a state in which the layer 3 is formed is made a completed article.
