Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for extruding a food material not only capable of providing a profile shape more complicated than a conventional shape but also hardly requiring such difficult keeping of exchanging members as that of the conventional ones. SOLUTION: This device for extruding a food material is constituted so as to continuously extrude both a food material for constituting a profile surface and a food material for constituting parts in a state arranged according to a prescribed pattern. Moreover, the device has a metallic base plate 9 including a frame part 8 for extruding the food material for constituting a profile surface into a prescribed shape, a holder 10 for holding the metallic base plate 9 and nozzles 12 for extruding the food material for constituting the parts and further a fixing step 13 for placing the metallic plate 9 is installed in the interior of the holder 10.
