Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for decision of the exclusive connection, when a subscriber transmits the control information, to improve the using efficiency of the network resources, and to reduce the network cost of the subscriber to contribute to improvement of the service in the source information control method that is suitable for transmission of the animation information for the VOD(video on demand) service, etc. SOLUTION: A source information receiving device 3 generates the control information to control the source information which is sent from a source information transmitting device 2 and stores the control information in a control information fixed length cell, via the connection equal to the connection that transmits the source information to output later the control information. Then the device 2 stores the source information in a source information fixed length cell, based on the control information sent from the device 3 so as to transmit the source information to the device 3.
